What does Pterodactyl taste like?

To be honest, I’ve always resented the pterodactyl a bit for having the audacity to start its name with a “p”, but sound like a “t”.  I know it’s not their fault- I bet they employed some form of onomatopoeia to describe themselves, like “screeeeeeeech”, but my resentment remains.  It’s like calling myself, “Msarah”, and then telling everyone the “m” is silent.  Just rude!

Because they fly I bet a lot of people think they were the predecessors to birds.

Just need some dipping sauce...

Apparently they weren’t though, and according to the ever infallible Wikipedia, some scientists think that the rising bird population is to blame for the pterodactyl extinction [citation needed].

Regardless, I don’t think it matters much.  Besides, doesn't everything tastes like chicken in the end?
